Education: Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine. Bachelor of Arts in Equine Science from Stephens College.

Advanced trainings and Areas of Interest: I love helping kiddos develop their fine motor skills, visual motor skills, and executive functioning skills through play and movement to prepare their bodies to learn and grow. I have a background in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and have previously incorporated the use of assistive technology into my sessions. I am trained in the SOS (Sequential-Oral-Sensory) Approach to Feeding.  I also have advanced training in using the Handwriting Without Tears program and I am a certified provider of the DIRFloortime® approach.

Prior Experience: I have previously worked for Chicago Public Schools and the Easter Seals Therapeutic Day School and Center for Autism Research. I completed my graduate level clinical work at a private, sensory-based pediatric clinic in Los Angeles.

Who I Am: Originally from St. Louis, I have called Chicago home since 2011. Health and wellness is one of my main interests, and I am deeply involved in the community at my gym, Crossfit Defined. We love to travel, with Canada being our top pick. Other interests include sustainable agriculture, supporting small business, and therapeutic horseback riding!
